Pre Insulated Pipe
The proven efficiency and versatility of pre-insulated piping makes it the most successful and preferred system for conveying fluids and gases where minimisation of heat loss or gain is required. Our pipes are meticulously produced with machine injected closed-cell polyurethane foam. The pre-insulated pipes consist of a centralised process pipe surrounded by a layer of rigid foam within a high density poly ethylene (HDPE), PVC or galvanized steel outer casing. The process pipe can be any material including Copper, PVC, High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel.
Applications include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Refrigeration, Cryogenics and District Heating.
Along with the factory made pre-insulated pipes, we also supply a wide range of bends, reducers, tees and straight join kits which are installed on-site and provide a vapour tight reinstatement process.
